Are you just taking the tooltip damage and dividing by the tooltip cast time?

They have posted the formula on the official boards, the changes to how critical damage was calculated I know had it listed.

Ok, thanks.
If your list works out to be true, then they have seriously changed a few things for Absolution to get that high. Of course, you didn't list which of your spells are master, M2, and A3 (or lower?). Also, there is no tooltip for broodlings, Acid Storm, or Netherbeast (and note they do not take on your crit chance or multiplier, their crit chance is 1% and is not affected by buffs or the new pet items - I have tested the pet abilities items on my swarm pets). But I tested Acid Storm and broodlings and found the damage has not changed.
Still not sure how Absolution would beat acid, even with the mythical clicky... maybe yours is M2 Absolution and A3 Acid? I need to get in game and finally get all these calcs down

Oops.. I think u misunderstood something. I didn't say Absoulition beats Acid. Absolution is too far from acid. Moreover, Absolution can't beat Flames of Velious in my caculation. With myth buff, Absolution is not good on single target. that's always what I have insisted from RoK. although most of ppl didn't agree me. If u had read TSO beta forum, u'll remember the post about lock's spell dps caculation to show Absolution and myth buff are overestimated.
Anyway, all of my spell is M1, but Absolution is M2. And my spell order in calculation(without Upbeat) is following, but actual spell order is different from this. because spell casting should be really situational as u know. Armageddon
Aura of Void
Plagebringer
Bewilderment
Acid
Thunderclap
Distortion
Flame of Velious
Absolution
Master's Strike
Encase
Vaccum Chamber
Normally, I don't cast Netherbeast, and cast broodling before Distortion or after AE in long fight. And although Bewilderment's dps is higher than Acid and Thunderclap. And I cast Acid and Thunderclap first, because Beilderment's recast is long.

Ahhh, that efficiency list looks much better. I agree that you need to change up your order based on recasts and that sort of thing to get the best overall dps, but it's good to be clear whether a list is raw dps efficiency or the order you normally cast in.
Absolution didn't used to beat even Master strike, encase, and vaccuum chamber, but with the new AAs (which I don't have yet, I'm a slacker, only at 161 now), I'm not surprised if it has jumped up that much. Also, we need to keep in mind that Absolution is a long cast, so it reduces the number of percentage based procs over shorter casting spells (aria, tandem, pom, etc.).
