Correct me if i'm wrong but haven't this guild been like sucking major ass this expansion? I mean there's no post of them killing avatars let alone Trakanon. If your guild is on a downslope and the game lags as it is till now (hopefull till later today) you won't have any incentive to play this game.
Hell i'm not as happy as i used to be with our class but thats the way things go, if you don't like it the way out is easy. I have to say i'm pretty excited about that LU44 and see what's it gonna bring to the table for us, seems on paper like we'll be getting a nice boost from 1/ Armageddon reuse boost 2/ Tandem damage upgrade 3/ Shard of Hate loot.

Props nerf is in direct relation to the addition of stoneskin gear and how this gear worked on pvp servers in a propagations buffed group. The first time I counted 80 stoneskins in a pvp fight I knew a nerf was inc.

Which is hilarious because propagations increases my stoneskin % chance at 14% still to this day.

you might want to double check that

templars and dirges will boost it to 14%... propagation will not.

yeah because Confirmed doesn't have a warlock, that means I never group with any adventurers outside of Confirmed guild. Warlock propagations puts my set bonus stoneskin to 14%. Of course im talking to a bunch of warlocks who have the wizard 2-set bonus. So as Velizar said, That settles it.
