Yeah it only works on single targets. My favorite use for it is, early into an avatar fight ill drop it, and continue to cycle it on the avatar so that I can drop DA bolts of ice and nuke the shit out of an avatar without worrying about pulling aggro and causing a world of trouble. Esp on those avatars with overloaded control effects where the MT is probably rendered useless half the pull as it is.

Cast time is instant. Reuse is 3 min base, and its affected by reuse modifiers.

The FD items from becoming a tinkerer also provide an instant decrease vs as many targets/encounters as you want. Blows that specific piece of trak look out of the water.

Ya, except use the Trakanon's Gaze, continue DPSing. Use the FD item, sit there while waiting for the tank to get aggro back, then stand up and continue DPSing, thereby lowering your DPS.

Not to mention the tinkered FD items have like a 25 mins reuse with a decent reuse amount.

yes thx, i am a tinker... and as these two said, FD ftl for mid dpsing.

On fights with chain mem wipes or tank immunity shit... gaze could be very helpful in allowing me to consistent burn w/o worry.
