Ok, so I finally got my levi robe.

It reads -

On a successful hostile spell it has a 10% chance to increase the damage on hostile spells by 20%.

It doesn't say base dmg like BTC or DoTM. I figured it'd be different than these. So I did some testing with it, as I hear many casters are using it until they get the avatar robe.

Using a spell with base damage max of 2532, it jumped to 3259 with only my robe proc'd and my BTC on. Thats an increase of 726. Now, how exactly is it processing the 20%? After BoE items? Thats a jump of 29% damage. Using a 22% freehand, and my robe proc'ing, it jumps to a 49% increase in spell damage.

I also noticed that it gave me roughly a 600 dps jump in VP, troub, no illy. Is this 20% free from the BoE cap? is it being counted as base damage? Is there something I'm missing?

TO the VWB thing, they haven't even been disco'd on my server so that makes 0 sense to me :p

Ok, but how is it calculating the BoE? I already have 1k BoE, and it is adding 736 (29.17%) That's passed the possible BoE cap as far as I understand it (Can only add 50% of maximum damage)

I'm not complaining, just trying to figure out just how +dmg %'s, BoE, and base dmg's work

I'm on Vox. In t7 there was 1 guild who could actually do EH, but they didn't because they knew no one else would.. It was done ONCE all the way through in t8, and a freeport guild managed to do half of the first floor.
