Dont really know why every other warlock that i talk to has an issue with RoD. I get a tell from the wizzy that it's being casted, change my casting order slightly and dont get a dip into my parse (though it helps if my focused casting is used.. at times). Anyway... stop crying, not much we can do about it except go to a different group.
