(oh, and the smart loot for RE is recent... something like last few weeks now, IIRC like a 30% chance to drop a master someone in the group needs - when a master drops, not sure on the mechanics, but if you've been there since the start, it wasn't always that way)

Yeah, It's just dumb luck. I have virtually every warlock master across the board but this one.
