Yes, I'm thinking this is only a downer for the mage that would have gotten TC. I'll lose a tick on acid, vacuum, cata, and even, yes, arma, in order to get mini-TC permanently. I suppose if I was *guaranteed* TC all the time... I'd call this a nerf, but to the raid it's certainly not...

Heck, with the termination damage most Illy spells have, isn't adding ticks actually a nerf in some cases? :P

Usually run in a hybrid group, not mage group, so this will be nurf as far as what it was before... just means that my healer gets TC prolly and i get Tempo. I guess that's fine with cane and robe for now.

Realize tho... Tempo was something that a lot of us warlocks were asking for as one of OUR AA's and it was added to troub instead... I am very sorry troubs, it should have gone to our line and you should have gotten something for yourself. So we are not trying to get greedy with buffs... It is just something that was designed with warlock in mind. I will admit it made us godly. Was sitting on average 2kdps higher than anyone I was raiding with (single target) with no illu in group. Two more ticks on Armageddon after all the AA boosts it got this expansion. It was HEAVY hittn.

Some guy said it procs more than 3 times as it intended to be.

But for me it is always 3 ticks by 1 cast on eny encounter(spend a lot of time with parser and found nothing :/ )
