Armageddon is hardcapped at 22.5s recast which is already reached with just one two piece set bonus, the Agi endline recast speed and any other item(s) that provide ~3% reuse speed.

Well then am I seeing this correctly... they hosed us again compared to wizards?

Wizards:

Can wear 4 peices of VP fabled for %20 damage increase in ball of magma and 2 peices of the new TSO gear for %15 damage increase in Ice bolt.

Warlocks:

Can wear 2 pieces of VP fabled for 15 sec reduced recast of Armageddon and 2 peices of the new TSO gear for .... No benefit what so ever?

The only problem is - wizards can and will use 4 tso set pieces.

The only one thing you has missed is ... the fact that any normal warlock WILL wear 4 set pieces,atleast until there will be really better items in this slots.
