i think that it is an error. Effect of the chest is same of the 4°set bonus...probably that soe will modify the chest effect in distortion....
This is my opinion...all can be.

Beat me to it, just took my pics... no big deal.

I've heard a lot of people saying that they don't like these sets etc... personally, as long as it is in line with other gear and it makes sense in item progression, they aren't bad.

Every piece is better than it's respective slot of VP gear. The set bonuses are much better as well. Looking at this... the hat from p'tasa is better. I think it was a good idea making one of the bonuses for absolution. It being very strong for large encounters as this expansion has a lot. And for singles clickn mythical (unless that gets upgraded... which it should).

Not lookn at any other new gear... just current/past gear. I would use gloves legs boots and shoulders.

The shoulders are worlds better than any option we've had in a LONG time.

Boots we lose a lot of crit but gain fast cast and recast speeds.

Legs have same enhance and has +dmg stuff instead of -hate gain.

Gloves pick up some crit and some decent reuse. No matter what glove option you used before... these are better.


Robe... Silken robe has more potential... but with all these +fast cast gear and buffs from raid... will have to see if it makes sense to swap out.

The hat has reuse instead of fast cast of the p'tasa hat and is lacking the proc. Debatable if you'd swap it in over p'tasa hat to keep silken robe... will have to test.

Forearms. It looks like we'll be needing to make up some lost crit in our jewelry side. No spell crit on a slot where most have +7%. Extra 5% fast cast. All this fast cast and if you are lucky enough to have avatar robe, its usefulness dwindles. We are getting a lot of +crit mod so crit% will be more important than before. Will want to have as close to cap as possible. If able to make up the extra crit on jewelry side then I would suggest using the 6 set for the extra 10 crit mod.

What you swap out depends on what you have currently. The four piece (legs, boots, gloves, shoulders) look solid.

This set looks intressting, better then any of the sets they made for us earlier! Looking forward to test it out

I am thinking about almost the same gear,like you said.But ...

Shoulders,Robe,Pants,Boots or Gloves(whatever is better in case of other raid items).

Now I will explain why I am going to swap robe.As for now,I got around 90% SH in raid(Monk in raid,items etc.),so in TSO we can get to SH cap without robe and it is REALLY EASY.

compared to previous set pieces these are amazing with the set bonuses and i would actually wear all the pieces unlike the EoF and the RoK set pieces.

Forearms seem to be a bit out of place. Hoshkar forearms with +7 crit would likely be still very nice, especially that this set is not really about crit chance. So I'd say - Hoshkar bracers and 6-piece set. It looks amazing compared to what we had in RoK.
