Read the description, lick it, check big spells (armageddon for example) :/

The fucking thing won't drop for me, I swear I've ran through that instance 25+ times by now :| That and a dirge rolled need on the cloak to put it in his appearance slot.

Re: Najena's Ring of Readiness
Yes, only spell I have seen have a drastic increase is Arma, use that ring then arma pre de buffs about 15-20k.. After de-buff between 25-30k.
Tried it with every other spell, as I figured nothing like it effects arma.

It effects all our spells equally. Since armageddon has so much DoT, and DoTs get BOE frontloaded, it shows up more dramatically with it. Plus, armageddon is our biggest spell, so as a percentage, whatever your baseline BOE is, it's farther from the cap (i.e. if you have 1k boe normally, on a 10k hit you're 4k below the cap, on a 4k hit you're only 1k below the cap, so ring would be less beneficial for the second spell). We get the same bonus with our other spells. Getting near 30k Absolutions and Distortions also.
Unfortunately BOE does not effect Plaguebringer, so no change there.
With good cast/recovery haste (i.e. decent gear and TC/Tempo) can get armageddon, distortion and absolution off during the ring effect. That's usually worth an extra 20-25k damage. On a 30 second trash fight that's 8-900dps. DPS gain goes down as fight gets longer as you wont have ideal spells available each time ring proc is ready.
EDIT: Just a note, this ring makes Tempo even more valuable for a Warlock, as if it wasn't already -).

Maybe this is just the obvious... but it's a clicky, right? So you've got to put it on your hotbar and use it for it to apply...
I assume you're doing this, but if not, that's your issue.

+SD does affect Plaguebringer, but Plaguebringer is an AA, not a profession spell, and a few other things (like empowered magic) don't affect it, so maybe the ring's effect isn't flagged to work on Plaguebringer.
As for tempo, are you saying that the extra tick of tempo causes the SD cap to recalculate, so it increases the cap based on the extra damage?

Yes to A, as we talked about in other thread, no proc or clickie +SD (Tempered Gold Mask, VRB, this ring) effects any of the AA spells. I meant to say the rings BOE bonus does not apply to Plaguebringer.
And yes to B.
And before anyone does the math, you need harmonization to get Armageddon, Distortion and Absolution all off during the clickie =).
