I thought I read in a few places on the forums here that you could not get Thunderclap (Shadows tab - Socerer end line AA) until AA #140.

This is wrong. I have the Thunderclap AA at 128.

Did I mis-read something?

You're speced out of propogation for now and worked into tso tree would be my guess?

I had 65 in the Scorcerer tree, where I took 5 out of Agi.

I had 31 in the warlock tree (hastenings and magi shield).

Leaving 32 in the TSO tree.

LC you are retarded...Thunderclap > Dissolve....mainly because of the cast time as its <1 second to cast...and the recast is fairly quick as well.

id still rather go with dissolve. 5 points into the tso tree in dissolve makes it do 3-4 times more damage easy and procs for way more. it casts fast. and comes up faster. only cool thing about thunderclap is you can cast it while moving

Don't take out of Agility, If anything take points out of Spell Expertise(crit) str tree.

You're forgetting that you can do both, a sub half second cast spell with full spell haste going also has a disproportionate amount of procs occurring over time also.

Thunder Clap also happens to be one of, if not the, most efficient spells for cast time : damage done available. Even more so if considering procs and its absurdly short cast time.
