Default Nihilistics - worth improving in AA?

Just wondering if the top warlocks bother to improve the nihilistics (Shroud of Berthoxxylous) . With 25% base trigger putting 5 points into it and having propagations gives 44% proc rate. Considering that unimproved nihilistics on warlock yields about 5% dps on mobs like Anashti, and you could use it on at least 3 raid members, is it worth to spend AA on it and also increase the base damage in the TSO line instead of putting points into Gift of Berthoxxulous? Sure, it doesn't count as your own DPS if cast on someone else, but the overall damage from it must be quite significant.

(And also wondering if two nihilistics on one person stack)

Two nihilistcs do not stack.
Now as for ditching gift for it, no.. Never, ever.
It is awesome for a few fights, gynok, anasthi etc where the tank/offtank is constantly getting damaged, yes i know it procs if wards are up.
Personally, I wouldn't put a single point into it under the tso line and no more then necessary on the warlock tree.

I have it maxed, it's totally awesome, 5 on mages/bards with high basedamage on anashti/canashti, zarrakon, disease, flame, just to name a few.

From where you take those 5 points is up to you.

You mean 5 in EoF only or 5 in both EoF and TSO?

Both. Extra proc chance + extra damage, ftw! It's situational of course but if you're fighting those mobs, it's great.

I think the 5 in the ROK tree is worth it, as the alternatives in the props tree aren't that great anyway.

The 5 in the TSO tree is debatable. Personally I prefer to enhance the aggro transfer in the TSO tree instead because it is more applicable to all encounters. But I could see how it could shine on certain big damage shield fights, so its a close call really.

Also saltaf, there is no reason to put more than 3 points into grasp. With propagations and 3 points in the grasp aa, it is already maxed at 4.0 times per minute.
