Many people ask me questions everyday on how to do things, what piece of gear is better than another… etc. I enjoy helping out each and every person who sends me a tell but there are a lot of times where I cannot help people because I am in the middle of raid or I am not online.

I have been asked to put together a guide for warlocks. Please do not take anything in this guide as the correct way to play the class. This will simply be my opinions on the class and how I play it. I hope that those who have played with me in the past and those who I have helped via tells in game can vouch for my suggestions. Those who are already skilled players may not take anything from this guide as it is geared for people who are new to the class or those who have yet to try and maximize its potential.

This guide is modeled after Revel’s Coercer Guide. He has done a very good job putting together a guide for his community and he has given me his blessing in borrowing his template so that I do not have to re-invent the wheel on this one.

Alternate option 75: Acid VII
(Acid and Absolution are both solid dps spells. The benefits of taking a Grandmaster ability is that it has less chance to be resisted and has higher damage. Acid is unresistable already and does not benefit from anything other than a pure damage boost)

If I were you I would note that some people prefer Acid over Absolution as both are viable options, may want to include that.
