Acid Storm's only averaging like 420 damage per tick for me (solo, before debuffs), but I had written down that it was averaging 720 damage per tick. I also had it ticking 14 times per cast, but now it's only ticking 12 times (not sure if that was just my mistake or not, though).

And then I started trying to get it to AE, and while it won't just hit the target you send it at, it's acting like it has an AE with a max target of one (so it just hits one mob at a time, whichever is closest to it).

Is this a known problem? Anyone else experiencing it?
