reuse work only for plaguebringer and aura of viod (1100dps+1200dps) 2300*10% = 230dps if you have hole in cast order, in reality dps boost for 10% reuse < 130dps, compare to this cloak from ferzul give 2 critb +dmg prog = 300-350dps for my.

I agree with your logic, there is definitely better options than the 10% reuse unrest cloak but it's not a bad option by any means.

I'd get rid of burdened signet in favor of \aITEM 86411383 1854326303:Crystallized Essence of the Void Caster\/a off the last guy in Kurn's, pretty good heroic option.
