I think the point being made by Saltaf and Berrbe and others is that try out different casting orders and see which works best for you. Plus every encounter is different so there's really no " Optimal " casting order, just different ones that work better for some then others.

Saltaf and I can only tell you a basic cast order for single target, other fights you're just going to have to play around with what works for you.
