Not true, nullmail and teleport pwn in 1v1 pvp, but in group pvp nullmail is hardly useful (90% of damage there is spell based anyway), and while teleport can come handy to port enemy tank out of taunt range or to interrupt their healers, it still doesnt make a huge difference most of the time.
The deaggro proc on the myth is the best part of it, but still it's not a gamebreaker and gets resisted too often. Dont forget that too much aoe leads to too much cc shit like fears from the banshee hoop instead of too much dps, most of the time. And you get taunt-locked to the tank every second aoe just because of their aggro dmg shields.

once a well-placed fission doubles, you simply win the combat, and sooner or later it will happen. Right now (as of tso) group vs group fights often last for hours if no massive help arrives for either side. A wizard in such a setting is just a time bomb.

PvP should have it's own warlock/wizard class discussion imo, fuck being a wizard just because people cry too much about not knowing how to play a semi-difficult class (which in everquest2 terms is not difficult at all...face the facts, this game is easy)

warlocks get more e-pussy anyway, it's a fact. do a poll and see who comes out on top. fuckers

and before some fag-a-licious wizard who has so much fun trolling warlocks forums ( :-/ ) comes to me talking about how statistically wizards are overall better than a warlock, i kind of honestly truly don't give a fuck as I haven't played in months. i've already outparsed a shit load of wizards whether they suck or not isn't the point but if a wizard is playing to the best of his ability he deserves to rape me on a single encounter or even double encounter parse, if not he just isn't doing it right. just my 2 cents. now i'm gonna do an everquest rap ready...go...

If you are counting on 10% spell double hit when you pvp, you don't know how to pvp. So many times I see Wizards run up try to hit their failure fission... I just move and bust that ass as they are running away hitting mana shield with full health.

Wizard is fun dont get me wrong but they are definitely not as steadfast as a Warlock. One shotting does not take skill and is pretty gay tbh.
