Re: Can any raiding warlocks help me with DPS?
Your strongest output over cast time is Dark Infestation... if it is up, cast it on the mob. If you a fighting a mob that has an aoe... cast this after the aoe goes off.
Same goes for Netherlord (if the fight will last long enough for the netherlord to unload all his, very slow, damage)
Keep Maelstrom on the mob as much as possible but don't preoverride it when you have direct hits available to cast.
People always say keep your dots up... but remember that scourge has a much faster recast than duration... don't overstack it unless you have freetime w/ nothing to do (very rare unless you are hastenings and have TC).
I generally cast Corrupt Gift alongside netherous for the hell of it out of habit cause I precast them and they have about the same reuse. Don't cast corrupt when you know your about to feed power or something... use it when it pops for the most part but make sure to follow it up with lots of spell casts. Don't stray too much from your normal spell order cause if your prop speced (which is the best choice if you have the proc gear for it) then the duration of corrupt will be longer than you really need to worry about getting tons of spells off.
Don't wait for catalyst to be back up to recast your apoc... use apoc when it's up and then just use the catalyst on void distortion. If apoc is close to coming back up when catalyst comes back then just hold that catalyst for your apoc.
Aura of Nihilty every time it's up with only DI and Netherlord preceeding it in importance.
To start a burn, precast Netherous Realm and Corrupt Gift, cast maelstrom, DI, Netherlord, aura of nihilty, war pyre, Scourge, catalyst-apoc and rotate thru ur stuff from there.
I know i jumped around a bit... if you have any questions just ask.
