Buy a pumice stone from the pvp merchat, or try any dispell magic. The pumice stones are around 5ish gold and you need like -5k faction. Also you can break line of site around a tre or rock for 30 seconds, or just ht his ms. Before ms got lovin I was able to decap through it and then some with my assassin almost a year ago.

Manashield only lasts for 30 seconds and 1 min 30 recast, so...

RUN AWAY!!!! then come back if you can.

If you are a race with imp sprint, just use the first tick and then turn it off a wizard won't be able to keep up without burning up a lot of power and their root has a 2 sec casting time and resists a lot.
