The cap for all stats is:
(Level * 15) + 20 = Cap

Now the effectiveness is a curve so you don't need near that much to be very well off.

there was one, computed when max level was 70. I don't think it is very different !
starts vertical and goes more and more horizontal with a point where gain is not great at all : the "optimum" point is around 80%, after that the curve goes flatter a lot.
80% of 1220 is 960.
Then if you are 80, you are OK with 900 intelligence in stuff, and with potion+buffers you'll be at max easily.
