Before i went lock I was
Sta- 4-4-8-6-1
agi - 4-4-6-8-1
Str - 4-4-4-8
go 10 in magi sheilding the 5 more in the line to get spell reach, fire line to get 5 in ball of magma/fire, cold line - 5 in enhanced debuff, 5 in enhanced ice comet, 4 in enhanced surging tempest, 5 in enhanced fusion, and then max duration in cold procs. Dont remember where i through the last few points.
As far as order it would go sta line first, then magi sheilding,spell reach line, then agi line. As a wizard i never had a problem putting out the damage so i just went with anything that kept me alive or made spells cast fast enough to avoid interupts.
