I just rolled a wizard, I am currently heading right for manaburn NOT manashield. I can't say its going to be my next thing i go for. I may go right for the "reach" line. From what I have seen from friends who play sorcerers manashield is overrated. Also I can say this, I have NEVER had a problem owning wizard specced as a battle mage. I think knowing how to use your roots, slows, and your bonus's from other AA's is much better. Because if it's going to be more then 1 , and things arent looking good, you can just evac as someone stated earlier. Seriously, I can honestly say manashield has NEVER stopped me from killing the wizard or warlock. I say overrated till proven wrong.
