Figured since we are all pretty antsy about seeing out epic. Lets make some realistic projections on what we think it would be.

I would imagine the epic raid version will have the following stats.
+10crit
DD Proc
+20% base dmg added to all spells
-10 reuse, and cast timers
Icebound/Velium Gifts are now raidwide + possible duration
Anyone else?

10% spell crit

Your next hit will strike twice

increased damage on dmg proc

50% of your normalized int will be added to your spell dmg

Sadly I dont think that is happening, since the Fabled version is +BoE and ia subject to cap rules.
