how the hell do I defend against scourge?

I am currently lvl 19 with 16AA, 10 in magi shield and 6 going down STA for mana shield. Any defiler with scourge can 1 shot me. Even when I get mana shield the defiler will just strip it off and then his buddies can 2 shot me.

For those of you that PvP (if you dont: gtfo), how do you defend/attack in these defiler oriented scenarios?

also any advice on general SOLO-PVPing as a wizard would be greatly appreciated. At lvl 14 I was owning in dlw, but now at 19 i get rickrolled all the time. It seems magi shield just doesn't cut it at 19. Classes get their firstish big attack from 15-22, so in 1v1 pvp at lvl 19 I have a tough time. I have 2 (or 3?) +heal adorns. I open with root, plasma burst and then flame chamber, then they run up to me and its in your face melee while I try to: blaze, incinerate, plasma burst and a flame chamber whenever its up; rinse and repeat. All my spells are adept III and above.

Pre-lvl 50 scourge is most likely 1-shot. After 70..well, consider it as though they don't have scourge at all. Just burn the fuck out of them.

Are the +heal items still bugged with Magi's Shielding?

Look carefully at their effect. + heal items seem to only affect the initial cast of Magi's Shielding. When the ward regenerates, the + heal items have no effect.

I suspect this behavior affects all regenerating wards. My defiler's regenerating group ward is affected by the same bug.
