casting speed item vs reuse item.

what's the best, ie : +5% casting speed or +5% reuse speed?

counting that I'll don't have illu with me ( because of faction pvp server ).

The equation I've seen is 2% recast = 1% casting. Not sure how that was derived, but I've been using it as a rule of thumb

Casting speed if you aren't capped on either.

While you will see direct results from any spell haste, it takes significantly more reuse to see any benefit (largely because the majority of spells refresh while you are already casting something else, resulting in a minimal change to your rotation).

I'd just try to get a cloak of unrest - that takes care of reuse timers pretty well. Or get the TTR cloak if you want to take care of casting speeds =p. Theres spell cast speed items all over this game though, more-so in the heroic content. In Sebilis, chel'sith, vaults instances, megalodon swimming in JW etc.

yes. there is that burdened signet from coa that goes nicely with it but i have not yet found another good ring to pair with the R4w. speaking of which, i need to actually go and get the r4w sometime LOL
