NightBlade hood 4% power regen and 5% reduce cast
Fushia fine 2% crit and 95 Spell damage.

I was thinking Nightblade is better, but someone told me I'm wrong and Fushia is.
I know that 1% crit = 15/20 SD which make fushia equivalent to 7% crit, but I thought 1% fast casting = 2 % crit.

It is actually Nightblack Hood and drops off First Lieutenant Rixol in Sebillis.
