Default Is Proc'ing Gear Still Important?

I was looking over a Necro's parse and my zw parse with proc'ing gear and noticed that the procs are still going off, but they resists are greater. It was looking like the lower the level the gear the more it was resisted (which makes sense). Since RoK and this new update increasing mobs resists, it is looking like the days of proc'ing gear is numbered.

Looking at the parse yesterday in chardok fighting 80+ mobs may not have been a good enough test, but for raiding I would think it would be even worse. Is anyone else seeing things differently?

Oops! Grizor is a Warlock and meant to post it in there, but looking at your posts Which one first: Catalyst or Freehand and casting speed item vs reuse item are more interesting than compaling about getting rid of nil crystals, complaining about getting nerfed, and zw parses in PR. Plus, this is also relevent here too..
