now we can put an extra 3% crit with new recipes on the fabled epic for a total of 7% crit, plus the proc, and boe boost. any thoughts on wocp still being better overall for dps ?? 3% extra crit make it better now? or that 8% boost still own? i do not have the dark orb atm. thanks in advance : )

ok, why would this make a difference? you can add the 3% temporary adornment to EITHER WOCP or Epic Fabled. This has no bearing on which is better.

This is what I thought. Unless it is like adornments where ie. back in the day I got circlet of fire(courts helm) in t7 - but I had to adorn it with the t6 adorn because the higher one would not take. Same mechanic that makes it impossible to give yourself 3% crit on your level 20 weapon. In that case I guess hes asking if the epic takes to it while wocp doesn't, is it worth dropping the plasma for 3 more crit on the fable epic. Personally I would still think the 8% boost outweighs a few more crit.

ps. I havn't tested what I said, just theory based on my experience. The courts helm I think was lvl 59. I don't know if lvl 70 or 69 would be cut off for those kind of things when adorning these temp ones.

the new scroll of 3% crit can only be applied to level 75 + weapons,therefore wocp ( level 70 ) does not apply :*(

and you are correct dakkota the new scroll cannot be applied to wocp,but with 3% more crit temp adorn/4% crit/boe/foi proc ,does it make it better than wocp?

So the proc +8% base dmg ( 1.8 time/min) is better than the perma +15% dmg of int ( dunno how much you gain with it) and crit?
