My first question is should a level 75 warlock be beating a 71 wizard. The warlock has some better gear then me, mainly his MC set since hes 72+. I don't raid with him but group with for places like OOB, HoF, Den, Unrest, etc.

My second question is what should my spell order be to maximize my DPS in such instances. Since the only spell orders I've seen are for raids. Not for grouping for instances.

1) he's got 4 levels on you and is a sorceror himself. However you should still take him on single targets and groups when Fission is up.

2) Ice spikes, heatwave, BoM, flames of V, Bolt of ice (usually rip now) , chamber (stun) BoM, Sunstrike. Dead ^^^ trash mob.

rinse, repeat.
