Just wondering in T8, is Wand of Crystalized Plasma, Praetor's Guard, and Necromantic Orb of the Death Reviler still the best combo? This is of course assuming little to no raids. Is there anything attainable in t1 raids that is better? Thanks.

I have the Wiz Fabled Epic Weapon, Praetor's Guard (unadorned as yet - unsure whether to go +50cold dmg, +50 heat damage or +30 elemental damage - opinions?) and the Mastercrafted Fire Emerald Orb at present, as I haven't managed to get a better one... any suggestions what I could aim for?

OK - So I adorn my PG with +1 Spell Crit, and for now, as I don't have Mayong Orb I should use Dragon Marrow - thanks all!!

Since you don't have the orb, go with WoCP if you wanna go by the maths... However, the real difference between WoCP and the heroic epic ain't big enough to make a big hassle of if you have one but not the other and it seems unlikely you'll get the mythical soon enough.

Edit: And if you have both, well... I'd probably go with the epic anyway since WoCP mostly procs just in time for the fight to end and run out just in time for next pull for heroic content, and for raids... Well, if you barely die to AE:s, go with the epic, otherwise WoCP.
