Focus effect on the BP is lame, seriously lame. If you want to stick with enhancing threat reduction, make it decrease threat priority be 1 when you use Blip.

The 6 set bonus hasn't changed, and is still not desirable.

Moving the Bolt of Ice recast reduction from the set bonus to the pant's focus effect is fine.

4 Set bonus is good too.
