Not worth anything, anymore. I'd rather go for crits and BOE, or if you want something different, Nagol's Treasure is easy-ish to get and has 5% cast time reduction. Better, I should think.

Vine wrapped boots or phantom boots of the waste??

Trying to see if its worth the plat to buy the vine wrapped boots at this point. I know the phantom boots of the waste are higher on the list than the vine wrapped, but I'm not entirely sure why. I figured the 10% to dps would be better than the 120 boe.

Phantom > Vinewrapped imo. Most spells gain more out of 120. Also, constant 120 > 10% especially when considering the proc will not always be up.

I believe - and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong - that the 10% is applied as BoE, not as base dmg. So if the spell hits for 1200, then it's like adding 10% BoE, assuming you aren't already at your cap of 600, of course (if you are it would be capped and add nothing). Of course, if it's a 20k spell, then 2k BoE is very nice to add.

Secondly, VWB is a proc, IIRC. Not always up like normal BoE. So, which is better... haven't run the numbers to figure out on average... and if I do it would be for warlocks, not wizards.
