Add that up with -10% hate mod with the revamped set pants and 7% less base dmg and it won't be that horrible from a aggro PoV compared to where we are today.

What Illuminator is trying to say is what I said in the Wizard channel last night. The Charm now does half the damage from the previous screenshot and is a 1200 threat proc. It is still the best thing ever, you can't top the 15% cast speed. However, you very well may end up tanking quite often...

with 63% stoneskin without proc mods, may be viable

well even though the charm adds 1200 hate, with a troub in group amd if yoru raid has a corcer that is kind enough to deaggro you and wiht the 4% hate transfer the 1200 becomes closer to 575 hate gain. No corecer there is food that decreases hate gain by 4% so woudl give you 38% deaggro with a troub.

Or maybe SoE wants to see a Battlemage haha.
