i noticed that cast timer reductions that are from items do not work to reduce the cast on manaburn... it seems as if they are racial abilities or from the AA line, that it does... does SOE consider manaburn an ability or spell???? i feel that if i can get this timer down that manaburn will be more raid viable. any answers?

MB is a ability. Jcap works fine on it though...
