do you see a big difference between a3 and master 1 spells? i have all a3's my gear is this EverQuest II Players

last night in SoH on trash i could not break 3500dps (only buffs i had was fury buffs no truob ) raid wide dps was only around 35k-45k is it the a3's holding me back or whole raid set up or do i just suck??

Always difficult to answer. What average is your guild ?
I guess that you are in T1/T2 guild, 40K is OK (not big, but anyway that kind of guild generally runs under 50K), and your DPS is also.
The great majority of family/casual raiding guilds are around that, and 90% of the wizzies are not able to run a 3.5 K average on trash in SoH.

Fission, Bolt of Ice, Ball of Magma, Storming Tempest once mastered I'd say give a good boost verses the Ad3's. Of course any spell mastered will improve your dps if its a regular spell cast.

You were also like, basically just raw dps'ing. That sounds about right from that PoV it sounds like you exceed the skill of other dps'ers in your raid.

Ice spears usually resists first shot, but I just go on to Tempest, then back to Ice spears, and it will land since dispatch is usually in.
