70 points spent, full ice, full fire without fireshape, what extra point are you referring to?

As far as fireshape, not worth it imo, maybe if i get enough reuse speed later on to take some out of BoI maybe. It's a dot, Your fire spells (75%ish of our spells to begin with) proc it, if it reprocs it just refreshes the dot, you dont get 2 dots ticking at the same time (as far as I know at least)

If you're going for max DPS, there is really no sense in enhancing fission and not spending the 1 point in fireshape.

Common sense if you think about it.

1 point in fireshape > 1 point in surge of ro.

Overwriting > not. It means you get the damage again sooner.

I can see maybe taking a point from surge of ro, but not from fission.

I get a nice range on fission and less resistability is good, for when I have to run in to fission I can get it done faster, and a little bit less worry about position on any other fights when I want to use it.

Or a point out of exothermicity to get fireshape, i never rarely make use of that spell unless I am in melee range anyways, well that is a good chunk of mobs so i dont need the extra range on it.

I have a few macroes that i use.

One is ocf the one for iceshape and velium gift

Another one is that I have ambiguis casting macroed with fission to put me in mele mode and target the mob.

Thridly i have a slack macro that goes somthing like this:
/useabillity ball of lava
/useabillity master strike
/useabillity Heatwave
/useabillity ball of lava
/useabillity solar flame

As one of the spells is always up, done like this it will always cast the best one of them.
It dosent realy work on raids, but you can always get 1600 group dps spamming just one key :-)
