You need to test with zone wide parses... try using a normal 'stacked' mage group and 1 week have the wizard with tc, next week have the warlock... and so on... you can even do this for a few weeks and see if 1 improves over the other.. the only way you will get better with TC on is consistently being able to use it.. in strike we usually switch off on a week to week basis depending on who got it the last time... that way its fair and everyone has a chance to utilize it.
