Hm, seems like it's not just me who has had that feeling then. I've noticed a minor drop as well in my parses the last week or two. At first I thought it was just crappy luck with the RNG or me slacking or just some general debuff-slack. But the casting timers have slowed (it feels like at least) and I've noticed a drop around 500-1000 dps depending on zone as well.

The only major change in my gear has been that I've finally gotten my hands on the hoshkar sleeves and the trixy cane, but the last one I got shortly before I started experience this.

And no, I haven't changed guilds, servers nor guild members recently. :P

I hate to jump on board the bandwagon here, but I've actually been noticing it as well. To be honest, I'd chalked it up to just being paranoid but my DPS is noticably down and cast times do seem slower. No new equipment and I have the exact same buffs/group/raid force I've had with slight varioation for the last 3 months.

I think something's up so I'll start recording parses tonight and comparing them to older ones. It's just a bitch to do when you don't really know what you're looking for.

I know there were a few times last week when raiding to where I would ask the Illy to reapply TC, because it seemed like the buff wasn't working even though it was on me.

Hello, me again. I actually had my bf use a stop watch on the cast timers this weekend and they are indeed taking longer than stated. Bolt of Ice is the worst culprit. It was taking over 4 seconds to dispatch!

I have also noticed that TC doesn't always seem to work.

I checked my "Haste" and it's at 30%...so even without TC they shouldn't be taking that long.

Perhaps some buff and/or item effect conflict? ... in which case you'd have to do some digging around and test stuff.

What cast times are you seeing on your spell tooltip windows?

I have felt slower cast times in the past week as well, though I didn't gather any numbers and it was more of a sixth sense. This was both when playing my illusionist and when playing my wizard with TC.
