I've been having spell lag on and off for some time now. 3-4 seconds to cast a 1.3 sec spell, but i chalked it up to my ISP provider (comcast ftl). If other's are recently experiencing the same, then maybe all the craptastic "patches" that SoE has been doing is finally spilling over to others..

AA cast haste, and a few percent from random pieces of gear (not enough to notice a significant difference), and then TC+Allegro.

I also used a stopwatch to time the casting of Bolt of Ice. The absolute fastest was 3.53 seconds. slowest a little over 5.1 This was done with different computers, different graphic settings, etc. My listed cast time for BoI is 2.91. There is no reason for such a discrepancy. Yes, i know human error, etc, but not once was it even close to the listed time.

Using a stop watch to do that has to be the one of the worst ideas here.

Srsly it depends on the day of the week. There are some days when it feels like I am casting in slo-mo and I catch myself checking the pulse of my illy and looking for the TC buff on my bar. It's there, but still sloooooow casting. Other days it's as it should be.

Also, the zone lag lately has been pretty bad. I run with ProfitUI set to Raid setting, but lately it's running like Quality performance. Of course I ran all the usual PC maintenance in my limited knowledge of PCs, which helped some. Just saying, it's probably not the game but ISP issues or FPS issues idk (I'm a PC-noob....turn it on and pray it works)

its a software stopwatch. it starts when I click the spell, and ends when spell stops (I click to stop it)

If there is another way to more accurately measure this, by all means let me know. Maybe something in ACT. But, the point being is that more than one person has noticed this differential in timers. Only reason I did it.
