Way to give us Heat Mastery to increase our fire spells and give us a new COLD DD to go with it...

Seriously what the fuck, wizards AA are mainly bullshit except Heat Mastery and that cold DD that are not even good but just "ok"

So glad I switched main for my dirge, Dirges AA are pretty good.

You mean our endline wizard AoE? If thats what it shows for the gimp viewing it that cold AoE should be incredibly on a lvl 80 wizard.

Im still confused by this surge of ro AA... i know its going to apply to forge/furnace of ro (surge must be a typo)... but is it just me or does it sound like any time furnace of ro is down any spells that we cast that are AOE based will do more base damage?

Either way, its definately a confusing AA by its description.

Well that goes to show how good my buds were last night. I swear they ninja changed all the screenshots from last night to this morning. I should just erase everything I wrote based on the fact I smoke good shit and post on forums.


Maybes its cause hailstorm sounds like an aoe lmao, i mean have you ever seen a hailstorm effect one person in a crowd? I dont think so!

It sounded like....how enemies have buffs on them that reduce all damage done by 10%. That sounds like it lays a debuff that increases all dmg done by a certain %?

I don't see these AA's as helping to address anything.

Faster casting for heroic / trash mobs. Nope.
Better debuffs and/or less scout debuff dependance. Nope.
General comparison to scouts? Nope.


Assasin end power
45 sec reuse
3183 dmg + 2654 heal
resist 56% harder

Wizard
1min dot over 24 seconds
3555 dmg
resist 12% harder

Ugh.

Mage: 2 powers to increase damage
Improves base and critical dmg by 2% , mage single target small DD spell 5 ranks
Reduce reuse time of master strike by 6 seconds 5 ranks

Scout: 4 powers to increase damage
Reduce reuse of cheapshot by 5% 5 ranks
Improves the scout quick strike abilitys base and crit dmg by 1.5% 5 ranks
Reduces reuse time of sinister strike by 5 seconds 5 ranks
Increases offensive stance and songs bonuses by 5% 5 ranks

Sorc:
Ice Flame Improves base dmg 2% crit dmg 1% 5 ranks
Increase base and crit dmg 2% of apoc and ice comet 5 ranks
Improves crit dmg of all spells by 1% 5 ranks

Pred:
Improves crit and dmg multipliers of the preditors primary flanking ability by 2% 5 ranks
All dots will tick progressivly faster 5 ranks
Improves crit dmg by 1% 5 ranks


Actually I'll decrease my opnion from blah to ugh.


Someone who knows more please explain to me how I am completely wrong...
