Actually if you notice, the person beta buffed, noting how they received 10p and a slew of gear. So it would be Level 80, with basically no gear on.

looks interesting. wouldnt put too much faith in anything this early though.

yea i can tell its a lvl 80 with that rays on his hotbar. However why is INT so low? that -is- our base damage stat. I agree, with my gear and shit that Hailstorm damage potential looks kinda spiffy...i guess HUZZAH!
