Hey all,

Anyone else notice lately that the 3 set bonus for the Tier 2 Legendary Shard armor doesn't apply properly? Its supposed to add 3% spell reuse reduction, but I'm not seeing it reflected in my stats window, or on my actual reuse timers...

Anyone else seeing this problem as well?

Don't have that 3-set, but I can check if the chanter one is applying properly on my Illy.

Are you getting a message (like the big green/red ones across the screen) when you equip the third piece, stating that you now are getting an additional bonus/effect?

I get the white emote "You have equipped 3 of the 6 items from Eludicated Truth and recieve a bonus!".

I do not, however gain the reduction in reuse time (it does not display in the stats window, and it doesn't apply to my spells. BoI cooldown is the same as always).

I talked to another wizard with the 3 set. He said he used to get the bonus (both in stats and observable) but now he doesn't see the bonus at all.

yeah i dont see this shit in my persona window either. ive actually never noticed any equipable item effect that window. just when i have TC or whatever troubs do. tempo or some shit.

I did not look at game as I'm in holidays, but ain't it something like 'casting time of HOSTILE spells' ? and then nothing appears in the tools window.

ya i believe it was if it was all spells it would show up in persona window but if JUST hostile or JUST a specific kind of spell it wont, but shold be workin...have u taken the armor off, see casting time, then but it on and compare casting times..idk if that even works on hostile only spells

Casting and reuse reduction on items does not appear in your stats window. It does appear, however, if you right click and "examine" the spell.

Try some different spells. If you have reduction AAs on a spell (IIRC wizards have this on BOI) you may already be at half original cast time which is the hard limit. Warlocks hit the same thing on Armageddon with VP Set bonus and Distortion with AAs.

Try a spell that you know doesn't have any AA/equipment cast reductions.

(edit: and while they are right that equipment cast haste will not show up in your persona window, it will show up on examine or tooltips, but it will only be updated in the examine window if you close it and reopen it)

I loaded the game : the 3 pieces bonus is for HOSTILE SPELLS only, then no UI will show it to you directly.
It is true that if I consider a spell, equiping the 3d piece does not change the recast time...
may be broken, dunno.

The tooltips will still change Ailees. As the OP stated, he was checking both persona and the actual reuses on the spell tooltips/examine windows.

However - it does require reexamining (after changing equipment) if you are using the window... the tooltip should auto update.
