Default GU51 for wizards

Now we have personal deagro:


Alins was seriously nerfed and gives only 8% deagro.
Text part is still from the old one.

And great changes for AE/encounter hate gain:

Some players might bot against encounters but it seems like he bots the encounter design!

As things do stand now, if changes go live as they are, we're in trouble. The massive nerf/destruction of almost all hate transfers means we're losing both our once vital Troub de-Hate and the agro abilities scouts once transferred onto MT's/OT's.

Our DPS remains unchanged obviously, we just lose almost all ability to sustain it at current levels without getting agro. The 8% 'dehate' on converge is basically exactly like we had before (losing 4% and giving 4% to your MT fighter nets the same effective result comparing hate positions) The only addition is the dehate proc which will get you what, one free casting of Ball of Magma over the course of a minute?

I basically see a 'DPS cap' as it stands now, fairly sustainible for most high end DPS and almost completely dependant on your main tank's ability to generate hate on his own. I suspect this 'cap' is going to fall lower then where we're parsing now (For the most part) If you try go over it, you'll notice it on the Hate-Meter 3000 and will have to thumb twiddle until you drop far enough down to blast of another BoI or Fusion.

The changes, frankly, make little sense to me. SoE is basically making one sole individual responsible for an entire raid's DPS. Previous to this, you could mix and match group combo's, scout transfers, etc etc and everyone played a part in helping to acheive max DPS. Now, you have one tank doing his thing and everyone else needing to stay below whatever he manages.

you forgot: taunts get a massive boost and tanks get additional taunts/hate tools, taunts can crit now, coercer hate transfer stays, dirge hate buff gets changes buts stays as hatebuff

how balanced that all is i don't know but i think soe generally wants to go in a direction where holding aggro is easier for tanks

Went over the SK taunts last night (Generally they've gotten the best of everything), and the hard numbers still aren't matching up. Even with all their taunts and CA's with extra hate, they cannot put out in taunts+DPS what we can put out in DPS. Coercer hate was slightly nerfed. Dirge hate in my initial impressions was also nerfed. Taunts were a joke before. Substantially upgraded? Yes. Upgraded to the point of keeping agro? I just don't see it.

I hope to be surprised. I'm not looking forward to dying on every trash mob that the tank can't keep up with my DPS because hate has overall been nerfed into oblivion. Nothing would please me more then in 3-4 weeks not noticing a single difference in how I cast.

Now i understand it:

All of this is a silent buff of summoners because we have split hate between pet & caster we can now do more dps then other classes because we won't draw aggro so easily and die
