So normalized spell damage in the buff from this ring equates to +spell damage?

Has anyone with the ring checked how much it has increased their +spell damage by when the buff is active?

edit: nm.. found another post which says the buff maxes it.

As long as the request is legit time almost means nothing to SoE. They gave me back my Mystical Orb of the Invoker that I sold like 6 months ago when I was in the middle of EoF. All I basically said was, I was a newb back then and sold it cause I didn't know what was good for me. Done!

I form my Hollow tower group on my wizard. Made sure not to include any other sorcs. The 1 other mage in group (necro) understood that the ring was mine because it helped me so much more then it helped him. Finish the zone and a legendary dropped. I say something like "Fuck" in group chat. The the sk say yeah i wanted that ring he drops. Stupidfuckingmemenehfnabfiuowaebfiuohweiurb . Does he not realize i woulda killed like his entire family if he took the ring over me?
