You kind of pulled this notion out of the air because Hailstorm isn't effected by Najena's Ring. So I'm not sure what lead you to believe it gets 1k damage added to it.

I am still WTB that fucking ring >< I swear...the devs must know I want it...and have put a Lustrix Fail Code into the mob so it never drops for me! <3

Didn't Aeralik toss in an offhand mention in one of his little teasers that they were moving AA granted abilities to Spell or Combat art pages in our Knowledge book, and that they would then be affected by other abilities?
yay for my first post ever after lurking for years.
Oh... and Lustrix? I have over 150 void shards in my wizards bag. Most came from Najena's. I feel your pain. In a platonic sorta way. |

He said the ring gave Hailstorm extra damage like a month ago. It didn't then and doesn't now so unless he just has a weird way of wording speculation and future conditions - then totally.

I have over 250 shards....most from HT....that is after is spent like 200 + shards on alts and such since TSO came out... |
