I am full fire and ice spec. I am not MB spec as my raid is not built for it. I have no points in Master strike and have 4 points in Ice spears. Ice spears is our most used dot...we should ALWAYS have it on the mob as it debuffs cold and increases our dps. Since I always have it on the mob, I want it doing more damage

Abstract

Actually- I just found out it's an elemental debuff- fire and ice both...I dont know if this is a ninja-fix or what...?
Or am I fail at remembering?

Debuffs Elemental by 1926 for me you are correct sir I am just lazy since most are only Ice shaped spec and I am not fire shape spec

Yeah, there is no reason to put any points into Master's Strike, it doesn't get used that much and the cast time is pretty long for a mediocre nuke. Take those 4 points and put them into Ice Spears.

As far as Hailstorm goes, my feelings is that it is comparable to Storming Tempest. The cast time is shorter, and the recast is pretty quick.

I use Ro's coil a lot as it procs bane abilities, maelific fury from the wicked wand of malice, preator's guard, ice lash, and many more. The dps it produces from procs make it well worth it. I'm MB specced as my cast and reuse is high enough in raids with buffs and gear to allow it. I hardly use it unless its the last High Dmg spell I have when mobs are near death. Having my BoI powered up with the TSO tree and increased base dmg gear they can land for around 50k each. Its like a mini MB every 22 sec that doesn't drain all your power. Fission's dmg is insane now that there are many raids that have multiple mob/add encounters.
