Test Gear Changes 3/22

Changes on test since they wiped fighter revamp. Only robe and shoulders were altered from last gear changes post by Eskio.

Does this mean the cuffs did not get changed? With the previous update they were actually better than the Lava Channeling Sleeves. As they are currently in game, they are not (unless you are @ or over 111% crit).

I havnt been on test in a few weeks... did they leave the +2 base and +2crit bonus on the other pieces?
