If you want to prevent it from happening just watch it..
If it double attacks you have 2 outcomes
1. Tempest finishes its duration and if its last tick kills/it expires on its own then the spell seems to refresh normally
2. The mob dies before Tempest expires on its own - spell dims out until you /camp or zone somewhere.
So if you double attack tempest tell your raid to hold the fuck on and wait 22s before killing the mob :p
Tbh I never had it bug out in raids, its the heroic instances it gets all fucked in cause that shit dies faster.
But aeralik posted he fixed it...guess we just have to await a hotfix for it. But for the time being just zone in/out real quick to reset it. The double attack is causing the timer to start the reuse countdown while its on the mob which seems to bug it out somehow since the reuse isn't suppose to start until the spell expires/is taken off the mob.
