If SOE didn't make power replenishment such a joke in this game, DPS Power efficiency might be worth a shit.

I've discovered the beauty of having a healer with a zarrakon belt and an illy who actually knows how to use a power regen spell. In my new group setup i might cast solar flare 3 times for an entire raid and that's as a result of all my buttons being down when my inquis pops divine recovery.

So yes, dps power efficiency is a joke in this expansion---but only for stronger raid parties. The concept could actually help wizards in a poor group setup, as it helped me in the past.

As for my naysayers- yal have just been spoiled with great group setups for too long to see how ur parse looks when u are spamming power regen everytime its up.

I still remember my power regen casting order
vital xfr, mana intromission, power pot, harvest mana, mana stone, power signet, thermal shocker, cancel harvest mana...and back to dps.

If you have to do that shit every minute maybe u'd like using less power

Thx everyone who helped put this info together. I have a question regarding the lists and would greatly appreciate if anyone could clarify for me :

1. One of the spell order/priority lists has iceshape and velium gift first and surge of ro and fireshape second. Wont the fireshape 'overwrite' the iceshape, making the iceshape step a waste of casting time? Im a little confused actually as to when I should use iceshape and when I should use fireshape.
