Your AA's right now look fine on EQ2 players. I would recommend burning a point in Fireshape to add a little dps when iceshape/VG isn't up.
As for Shadows it looks like you are going in the right direction. I would finish up Strike of the Mage, and then 1 point into end line Bewilderment.
Sorcerer line of Shadows I would do Critical Mastery and Sorcery Mastery then finish with the end line Thunderclap. I personally put my last 4 points into Enhance: Ice Flame before I started playing the respec game to get my Wizard line AA's and end lines.
For the wizard line Fusion and Storming Tempest, then grab the Hailstorm and Heat Mastery Endlines. I saw a pretty significant boost in dps when I got fusion/ST/hailstorm AA's.
